Go to the Rupsa login page and click 'Forgot password?' Enter your email, phone number, or username associated with your account, and we'll send you a reset link. If you can't access your recovery email or phone, select 'I don't have access to these' for additional options.
Go to Settings → Your account → Account information → Username. You can change your username at any time, as long as the new username isn't already taken. Changing your username doesn't affect your followers, posts, or other account data.
Go to Settings → Your account → Deactivate your account. Your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. During this window, you can reactivate by logging back in. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Yes. You can create and manage multiple accounts, but each must have a unique email address or phone number. You can switch between accounts in the app without logging out. All accounts must comply with our Terms of Service independently.
Go to Settings → Your account → Download an archive of your data. We'll compile your archive (posts, DMs, media, etc.) and notify you when it's ready, usually within 24 hours. Archives are available for download for 7 days.
Rupsa verification (the gold or green checkmark) is available through Rupsa Premium subscription or through our organizational verification program for governments, businesses, and nonprofits. Individual verification is included with Rupsa Premium at rupsa.app/premium.
